Chef Antonio Flores spent 15 years cooking across New York, Naples, and Istanbul before founding Waypoint in 2059. His vision was simple — build a menu where no one at the table had to compromise. Not the steak lover. Not the pasta obsessive. Not the kid who only eats tenders.
Every dish has been personally developed by Chef Flores and his team, from the 28-day dry-aged ribeye to the fresh-rolled macarons made every morning at 5am.
